Embroidered Donkey extra-long Hoodie Eat Bray Love
Over ninety-four thousand intricate stitches rendered in twelve different colors, this sweet, clover-munching donkey is embroidered right here in HoofPrints' warehouse. Equine artist Lesley Bruce once again wins the blue; it's artfully rendered - the words EAT, BRAY, LOVE cleverly woven into the flowery tendrils.
The sweatshirt itself is a velvety soft 8 ounce blend of cotton and polyester (52/48), has lots of nice details including double drawstring, and extra long cuffs with thumbholes.
It's about 9" longer than a conventional hoodie, so covers your fanny nicely. Perfect for chilly days, and for wearing with leggings.
*NOTE* Because the embroidery is so large and intricate, it requires a heavy felt backing to stabilize the fabric. I wash tested and wore the prototype versions, experimenting with different weights in order to achieve best results. I don't find the backing objectionable, but some folks might. It's not scratchy, but it is a bit stiff. See the photo of the shirt inside-out.
