Doorhanger Envelopes make the billing part of your job easier.

This was an idea I had years ago when we were visiting a friend in Long Island, NY. We were touring one of the exclusive boarding stables near her home, and the farrier had been there earlier that day. The shoeing bills were tacked to all of the stall doors with a horseshoe nail (what a waste of expensive nails!). Of course, we HAD to snoop and see what the prices were for shoeing and trimming on Long Island. It just doesn't seem like a good idea to leave the bills where they could be read by everyone, or be torn off and lost.

Leave your bills or notes in confidentiality with this special hanger that doubles as a return envelope. The reverse side has a place for your address and stamp. The hanger portion is perforated to detach easily before mailing.

Very handy to have. I can leave the invoice for clients who are not home and pre address the envelope so they can send payment. The blue color helps make it noticeable but orange would be even better.

Orange is a great idea! I will investigate that option when we have more printed.

My husband and I were shoeing together, and things were going smoothly, allowing us to be early for an afternoon appointment. I was unable to reach the person that was to meet us at the barn, but since there were two of us, and it was a long standing client, we went ahead and caught the horses and took care of their needs. I opened my brand new bag of door hanger envelopes, inserted my bill, and hung it in a visible place. Later that day I got a call from the owner, apologizing for not being there I assured her the fault was ours, and she said she would put a check in the mail. Imagine how surprised I was when her check was in that envelope in my mailbox the NEXT day! She had written her check and taken the pre-addressed envelope to the post office that afternoon she had missed us. Its always nice to see those happy blue envelopes in the mailbox.
