Ordering Instructions

Fill out the order form carefully. An error or question on your order could cause a delay in shipment. Also make sure the sizes are specified if you are ordering shirts. If you need extra room, or your order blank is missing, you can send your order on a separate sheet of paper.

Phone Orders

If your order is not a rush, or if you may be difficult to reach by return call, please consider mailing, faxing or placing your order ONLINE. We strive to give excellent service, but there may be occasions that we may not be available to take your call (please leave a message) All calls received will be returned within 48 hours. If you do not get a return call, please reach out to us again. My system for processing communications is adequate, but not foolproof as it includes at least one fool (me). Thank you in advance for your patience.

Fast Delivery

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Occasionally items will be out of stock, & short delays may occur. If your order is a gift, or is needed by a certain date, please let us know. Otherwise, we will use our best judgement as to call to advise of the delay, hold the order until all items are in stock, or ship the order incomplete.

HoofPrints Recycles!

Whenever possible, HoofPrints re-uses packaging. This includes packing peanuts and grocery shopping bags. As long as it is clean and still sturdy, it's fair game as far as being utilized to protect products on their journey from our warehouse to you. USPS packaging utilizes post consumer waste. And anything that's too tattered for a second job goes to our local recycling center.
