I don't know how halters are measured? This one is 44" from the bottom of the cheekpiece ring on the side, all the way around the poll to the opposite ring's bottom. That's adjusted on the middle hole on either side, so you'd get another 3" up or down with these adjustments. The chin strap is adjustable also with the option to add more holes if your horse has a narrow nose.
