Heavy orange plastic measures 6.68"L x 6.48"W x 5"H overall. I can't find exactly what size block this is meant to hold but it's too small for the 11 pound ones that I normally get that hang by a rope through a hole in the middle.
Theyv'e never been used. The construction is thick and seems sturdy. Mounting holes are big but are not countersunk, no hardware included so plan for that.
