Brand new, has been machine washed and dried but never on a horse.
This quilted pad comes with 11 adjustable shims that you can use to customize for a perfect fit. I think there was supposed to be 12 but one is missing? It's one of the thinner ones. The pad itself is very well made and sturdy, but the material the shims are made of is not. I don't see these holding up well at all so this is priced accordingly and buyer will need to plan on replacing them with something more robust.
Measures 23" long x 20.5" wide at widest point when laid flat.
