Never disappoints! |

| This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at this property. It never disappoints. The views alone make this place special. We would spend the morning & evenings watching the sunrise/sunsets to ending the evening stargazing from the large windows. The 5 bedrooms are spacious also each room has its own thermostat which is perfect because everyone likes it their way The master bedroom and huge jacuzzi make this a getaway we look forward too. We enjoy the upper area playing pool, watching tv and hot tubbing. Playing games at the large dining table is always a must. It’s close enough to drive to Deadwood for a night out. I must say the one thing that puts it over the top is the staff. Always helpful from booking to the day we left and quick to respond during our stay if any questions arose. One thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs, obviously we don’t mind as we choose HoofPrints each time. |

Our stay was perfect |

| We were a family of 12 coming from three surrounding states and we were able to fit comfortably and fully enjoy the privacy of this luxury cabin. It is fully stocked with everything that you need and the hot tub was really great after long days of exploring the black hill area. I highly recommend staying at this cabin knowing that the host, Amber, is extremely responsive to make the visit as enjoyable as it can be. |

| AMAZING! We loved staying at your lodge during our trip to the black hills! So much room for everyone- 6 adults & 4 toddlers. The pool table and hot tub were a huge hit! We can’t wait to come back! |

| We had a fantastic time out west! Hoofprints Lodge was the perfect spot for a Fall Break getaway! We loved seeing Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devils Tower and exploring nearby Deadwood! The surrounding nature is breathtaking, not to mention the very active wildlife. The lodge was incredible! So much space for a large group of people with plenty of space for play and lounging. The grand windows in the living area allow for sky-gazing from INSIDE! The front and back decks provide great opportunities for nature watching and the hut tub area was perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation! The game room upstairs was my favorite room in the house providing a vast view of the black hills and trees out one side with a more private view out the other. The fireplaces upstairs and down made our trip very cozy. We were able to walk the surrounding neighborhood and spotted various wildlife. Bring your binoculars, you won’t regret it! We enjoyed the lodges close proximity to Deadwood and Lead for great meals and activities. I highly recommend a trip to the Black Hills of Lead, South Dakota with a large group of family and friends for a stay in the nicest lodge around! |

| The Hoofprints Lodge is definitely a one of a kind rental. It is very challenging to find a vacation home as nice as this one for such a reasonable price! The Lodge was very clean and there was a book left full of activity suggestions to do while you are there. I really appreciated this as I have never explored out west before. The rooms are very beautiful as is the entire lodge. No matter the weather, it is a beautiful view. The spa was very lovely and super clean! I was definitely impressed, just as wonderful as the pictures make it to be!! |

HUGE and location is awesome |

| My family of 8 adults and 3 toddlers loved this rental home. It is quiet in the higher elevations near Terry Peak ski resort. The bedrooms are all very large. We chose it because of the huge table that seats 10. There are lots of trees so you dont feel like you are in a subdivision. The game room is upstairs right off the hot tub so easy access to a bathroom AND you can stay up late while the kids are sleeping in the basement we brought several baby monitors. The hot tub doesnt have a deck over it so you can see the incredible stars and feel the snowfall! Executive Lodging has super customer service - I recommend downloading their app and reading how to run the hot tub. Garage was available and heated - bonus! Be aware that there are stairs - lots of them. We found walking up the deck stairs to be easier than the ones from the garage to the kitchen. The multilevel decks are HUGE!
Take note that Deer Mountain snowboard and sledding is closed and up for sale as of 2019, however there are a lot of other things to do nearby. |
