Mannequin in picture is approximately size 8, this skirt fits as shown. Fabric is silky synthetic; probably nylon and/or polyester - garment is apparently prototype with no fabric content/care tag. *There's an extra seam in the waistband that appears to be coming undone. It's serged below that so is not in danger of coming apart completely.*
