Weird Hard Plastic Multi-Purpose Shedding Brush *ONLY ONE AVAILABLE*

I got this in as a sample and truly cannot figure out it's best purpose in life. It's got lots of what appear to be thoughtfully designed edges and textures, seems like someone put a lot of effort into manufacturing all those surfaces but I was left scratching my head. They were so excited that it even comes with its own drawstring carrying bag.M

Maybe this is the greatest tool ever and I was too dumb to figure it out? It's priced accordingly.
